This role ensures smooth operations, cost efficiency, and compliance with quality standards. You will negotiate contracts, manage supplier performance, oversee logistics with government agencies, and drive cost reduction while reporting to management. Collaboration with cross‑functional teams is essential to streamline procurement processes.

Qualifications

• Education: Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years in procurement and vendor development.
• Strong sourcing and negotiation abilities.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience monitoring and developing vendor performance.
• Knowledge of government policies and procedures.
• Ability to work under pressure and multitask.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing and managing procurement of assets and services while ensuring compliance.
• Lead contract negotiation, contract reviews and supplier management to achieve cost effective agreements.
• Logistics oversight and coordination with government agencies.
• Drive cost reduction initiative and reporting of spending and vendor performance to management.
