Job summary

MFTECH GLOBAL (M) SDN. BHD. is seeking a Procurement & Sourcing Manager to lead the PSD across pre-award and post-award activities, including tender preparation, supplier sourcing, and cost analysis to protect margins.

You will supervise the PSD team, set priorities, ensure compliance with SOPs, and drive risk management, supplier evaluation, and negotiation to optimise procurement for projects. Candidates should have a Bachelor's in a related field and 7–10 years of experience, including 3–5

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
Professional procurement/supply chain certification is an advantage.
Minimum 7–10 years of relevant experience in procurement, sourcing, purchasing or supply chain.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise the Procurement & Sourcing Department (pre-award and post-award).
Coordinate tender/sebut harga preparation, supplier sourcing, cost analysis, and commercial negotiation.
Review and approve procurement activities within delegated authority and ensure compliance with SOPs.
Establish procurement/sourcing strategy for tenders and maintain supplier database.
Manage POs, supplier performance, and procurement risks to protect project margins.
