Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in procurement, supply chain, logistics, engineering, business or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of procurement experience including logistics, transportation or distribution.
• Strong sourcing, contract negotiation and supplier management capabilities.
• Proficiency in SAP, Ariba and MS Office applications.
• Experience in distribution, logistics or oil&gas industry is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic sourcing and procurement activities for distribution and logistics categories across Singapore and Malaysia, ensuring cost‑effective, reliable, and compliant supply solutions.
• Develop and implement category strategies, manage tender and contract negotiations, and drive supplier performance to support business objectives.
• Oversee supplier relationship management including identifying new suppliers and conducting performance reviews.
• Partner with logistics and operational stakeholders to optimise transportation, warehousing, fleet, and distribution services.
• Lead continuous improvement and digitalisation initiatives using data‑driven insights to enhance procurement efficiency.
