Job summary

Credit Bureau Malaysia is seeking a Procurement Executive to source, purchase, and manage suppliers for all related materials and services at Iskandar Puteri. You will ensure timely delivery, cost efficiency, quality standards, and compliance with procurement policies.

You will handle end-to-end procurement activities, negotiate terms, issue POs, maintain records, and monitor market trends. Travel to Sunway Kluang Mall and HQ as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Procurement, SCM, Business Admin, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of procurement experience.
• Good knowledge of procurement processes and purchasing best practices.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Experience with ERP or procurement systems is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under tight deadlines.
• Position will be base at Sunway Big Box Sdn Bhd Iskandar Puteri.
• Willing to travel Sunway Kluang Mall weekly/bi-weekly and travel to HQ as required.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end procurement process.
• Source and evaluate suppliers based on quality, cost, delivery, and reliability.
• Obtain quotations, negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts with vendors.
• Issue purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Maintain accurate procurement records, supplier databases, and purchasing documentation.
• Resolve supplier issues related to quality, delivery, or pricing.
• Monitor market trends and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and internal approval procedures.
• Prepare monthly procurement reports.
• Support and continuous improvement initiatives within the procurement function.
• Manage other ad hoc assignments as required.
