You will lead supplier development programs, maximize purchasing leverage, and push strategic initiatives to standardize processes and optimize procurement operations.

The role involves complex procurement support, cost optimization, and cross-functional collaboration to meet business objectives.

Qualificações

• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• Typically has 4-7 years of work experience, preferably in procurement, category management, operations, or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Provides complex-level procurement support using subject matter expertise and knowledge of multiple technologies.
• Solves complex issues and drives tactical and strategic initiatives, such as leading process standardizations and coordinating acquisitions.
• Monitors programs, delivery solutions, key metrics, and process oriented tasks; identifies issues and proposes solutions with limited guidance.
• Optimizes spend with external suppliers, generating procurement value through negotiation and strategic partnerships.
• Develops and supervises junior-level procurement staff, fostering their professional growth.
