Job summary

You will lead regional and global planning teams, drive improvements, and contribute to special projects while ensuring regulatory trade compliance.

The role involves data-driven analysis, backlog management, and collaboration with country and account managers to optimize demand signals and supply execution.

Qualifications

• This role requires a four-year or graduate degree in a relevant discipline and prior supply chain experience.
• Typically 4–7 years of work experience in supply chain, operations, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Manages a broad range of moderately complex supply chain processes including inventory analysis, demand management, logistics, and import/export for a large unit.
• Executes basic demand and supply matching activities and links planning to execution.
• Drives backlog analysis and improvement of performance metrics.
• Gathers demand data from country, region, and account managers and delivers signals to the supply base.
• Coordinates regional and global planning teams to improve processes.
• Monitors KPIs and prepares reporting for continuous improvement.
• Contributes to priority projects with complex analysis and recommendations.
• Coords and manages a regulatory trade compliance program.
