You will drive cost reduction, monitor inventory to support production, collaborate with Quality Control to meet standards, and continuously improve procurement workflows while aligning with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and 5S practices.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage with reliable suppliers, negotiate contracts, and maintain relationships for a stable, diverse supply chain.
• Implement strategies to reduce procurement costs while preserving quality and seek opportunities for bulk purchasing and favorable terms.
• Monitor inventory levels, forecast demand, and maintain optimal stock to support production.
• Collaborate with Quality Control to ensure purchased materials meet company standards and industry regulations.
• Continuously streamline procurement processes and implement best practices to boost efficiency.
• Support ISO 9001:2015 QMS, ISO 14001:2015 EMS, ISO 45001:2018 OSHA, and 5S.
