Job summary

SEER S&R seeks a Procurement Executive/Officer to manage end-to-end purchasing, tendering, and supplier relations from Beranang, Selangor. You will draft contracts, orchestrate RFQs/RFPs, and drive cost-saving initiatives while ensuring data-driven decision making.

The role requires strong Excel skills, familiarity with Oracle, and the ability to read technical drawings where applicable. Local travel and weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, or QS (preferred).
• 2 years procurement experience; construction industry advantageous.
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills; familiarity with Oracle desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage production and non-production purchases; handle facilities, machineries, spare parts, and equipment rental.
• Prepare and manage tenders, RFIs/RFPs, and contract service agreements; provide tender summaries.
• Develop sourcing strategies to achieve cost savings; monitor supplier performance and lead times.
