Job summary

Collins Aerospace is seeking an Assistant Manager, Procurement in Subang Jaya, Malaysia to lead procurement activities, supply planning, and supplier performance.

You will drive sourcing strategies, optimize inventory, ensure regulatory compliance, and support cost-saving initiatives while collaborating with Finance, Operations, Quality, Engineering and Logistics.

The role requires strong vendor management, stakeholder management, and proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, procurement, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of procurement, supply chain, planning, or compliance experience.
• Experience in manufacturing or aerospace is an asset.
• Strong vendor management and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement activities and contracts.
• Develop sourcing strategies to optimize cost, quality and delivery.
• Lead RFQ/RFP processes and negotiations.
• Monitor supplier performance with KPIs and corrective actions.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and audit readiness.
