Job summary

TTRacing is seeking a Senior Procurement & Supply Chain Executive in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, to lead end-to-end procurement and supply chain activities. The role focuses on cost-effective sourcing, supplier relationship management, and ensuring timely product flow from suppliers to warehouses and customers.

Requirements include a bachelor's degree in a related field and 4–6 years of procurement/SCM experience, with ERP exposure (SAP/Oracle) and strong negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, business admin or related field.
• 4–6 years of progressive procurement and supply chain experience.
• Knowledge of procurement processes, sourcing strategies, and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead supplier sourcing, evaluation, and selection for cost, quality, and reliability.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service agreements with suppliers and logistics providers.
• Maintain long-term supplier relationships while ensuring compliance with standards.
• Oversee purchase order creation, verification, and processing for accuracy and timeliness.
• Monitor trade documents and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Track shipments and resolve delays with suppliers and forwarders.
• Forecast demand in coordination with sales/marketing.
• Mentor junior procurement staff and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Support new product launches with procurement planning.
