Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Production Planning Coordinator to build, review and adjust daily or weekly work schedules and production plans, track materials and resources, and issue Work Orders to keep operations on track.

You will monitor progress against targets, report performance metrics, and act as the primary liaison between Sales, Logistics, Workshops and Management Teams to ensure smooth workflow in Kulai, Johor.

Responsibilities

• Build, review and adjust daily or weekly work schedules, production plans or project timelines.
• Track materials, spares and resource allocation to prevent workflow delays.
• Maintain planning data, update systems and issue Work Orders.
• Monitor actual progress against targets and report performance metrics.
• Act as a primary link between Sales, Logistics, Workshops and Management Teams.
