Jora Malaysia is seeking a proactive Senior Executive, Corporate Planning to support business planning, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement. You will work with multiple departments to optimize resources and enable growth through data-driven insights.

The role focuses on KPI analysis, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver actionable recommendations that reduce costs and improve efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business/engineering or related field.
• 3–8 years in business planning, operations, or strategic planning.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
• Experience with KPI monitoring and reporting.
• Good project coordination and stakeholder management.
• Proficient in Excel and presentation tooling; Power BI is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support annual and quarterly business planning to meet objectives.
• Monitor performance metrics, identify gaps, propose actions.
• Prepare management reports, dashboards, and presentations.
• Analyze productivity, manpower, costs, and workflows.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects and drive initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
• Assist resource planning including manpower and budget.
