Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business/engineering or related field.
• 3–8 years in business planning, operations, or strategic planning.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
• Experience with KPI monitoring and reporting.
• Good project coordination and stakeholder management.
• Proficient in Excel and presentation tooling; Power BI is a plus.

We are looking for a proactive and analytical Senior Executive, Corporate Planning to support business planning, monitor operational performance, and drive continuous improvement across the organization. This role works closely with various departments to improve efficiency, optimize resources, and support business growth through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Support annual and quarterly business planning to achieve company objectives.
• Monitor business performance and KPIs, identify gaps, and recommend improvement actions.
• Prepare management reports, dashboards, and business presentations.
• Analyze operational data, including productivity, manpower, costs, and workflow performance.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects and ensure timely completion of key initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency, and reduce operational costs.
• Support resource planning, including manpower, budget, and operational capacity.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve workflows and business performance.
• Track project progress and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Operations Management, Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 3–8 years of experience in Business Planning, Operations, Project Management, Strategic Planning, or a similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret business data.
• Experience in KPI monitoring, performance reporting, and operational improvement.
• Good project coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with Power BI or other BI tools is an advantage.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities independently.

Nice to Have

• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or operations environments.
• MBA or postgraduate qualification is an added advantage.
