Job summary

Wipro Consumer Care (LDW) Sdn Bhd is seeking a Planning Manager based in Kajang to shape material planning, purchasing, and production forecasting. You will bridge sales targets with operations, ensuring resilient supply chains and profitable outcomes.

The role emphasizes SAP-driven master planning, inventory control, and collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and NPD to optimize product flow for local and export markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
• 5–8 years of planning and supply chain experience.
• Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to coordinate across production, marketing, and commercial teams.

Responsibilities

• Production Scheduling & Master Planning: Own and update the monthly Master Planning Schedule (MPS) in SAP and align forecasts.
• Order Fulfillment & Supply Continuity: Ensure timely supply for local and export markets to meet service levels.
• Inventory & Stock Optimization: Maintain balanced inventory to protect supply while controlling working capital.
• Cross-Functional Operations: Align Production, Marketing, NPD, and Sales for new products and schedule changes.
• Process Optimization & Compliance: Monitor schedules, track metrics, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Team Leadership & Management: Supervise and coach team members for smooth operations.
