Job summary

Siemens Energy is seeking a Performance Controller Professional for the GT SU business. You will provide essential data and analysis to guide financial decisions, oversee timely reporting, and drive cost control, forecasting, and budgeting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in reporting and controlling roles.
• Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems like SAP.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (Alteryx, Tableau, Power BI).
• Highly developed analytical skills and strong commercial aptitude.
• Ability to communicate effectively in interdisciplinary and international teams, with presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted partner to GT SU on business controllin g and reporting matters.
• Coordinate financial topics, analyze data, and perform deviation analysis.
• Participate in monthly closing and cost structure evaluation.
• Assist in yearly budget planning.
• Create transparency and support operations with accurate forecasts.
• Monitor cost centers and ensure planning accuracy.
• Manage currency risks.
• Provide performance reports and recommend management actions.
• Support FIN GT SU management in reporting, forecasting, and cost-controlling tasks.
• Promote automation and optimize reporting tools and digitalization efforts.
• Handle ad hoc requests and scheduled reporting.
