Job summary

CIMB Group Finance seeks a capable professional to align and optimize country performance, own planning policies, driver libraries, and KPI definitions to improve returns in key markets.

You will forecast profitability, enable cross-country benchmarking, manage risks, support governance and provide executive reporting; translate data into insights and inform decisions shaping the board narrative.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or related discipline.
• At least 3 years of experience in audit, accounting, finance or financial planning roles, preferably in a financial institution or listed company.
• Proven experience in managing and developing a team.
• Strong business acumen and analytical skills for detailed business analysis.

• Forecasting & financial outlook – profitability view and risks (PNL sensitivities).
