Job summary

Siemens Energy seeks a Regional Strategy Manager to shape profitable growth by developing regional strategy with leadership and actionable initiatives. You will collaborate with regional leadership and cross-functional teams to implement plans and track performance, driving the energy transition and decarbonization goals.

You will work with SE Hub and local countries on go-to-market readiness, market intelligence, and executive-level presentations.

Qualifications

Master’s degree or equivalent in Engineering, Economics or MBA.
Experience in strategy consulting or in-house strategy teams.
Experience in Oil & Gas / Chemicals / Maritime / Process industries; energy transition knowledge.
Knowledge of AI and using AI agents.
Strong analytical skills and MS Office; ability to craft executive presentations; Tableau/Power BI is a plus.
Self-driven; experience leading international teams.
Fluent English communication at leadership levels.

Responsibilities

Develop regional strategy with leadership; define actionable measures and initiatives for growth.
Lead regional growth plans and transformation initiatives; drive global projects when needed.
Collaborate with Regional Leadership and SE Hub on business plans and go-to-market activities.
Support market intelligence with regional insights and country evaluations.
Prepare recurring regional business reviews; provide executive support for key topics.
Provide executive support to leadership with ad-hoc topics and presentations.
