Job summary

Hytech is seeking a skilled FP&A professional to drive financial planning, budgeting, and performance management across the group. You will partner with Finance, business leaders, and back-end support teams to deliver actionable insights that enhance decision-making and governance.

You will build group-wide budgeting frameworks, lead cost optimization initiatives, and support systems implementations for sustainable growth and disciplined spending.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field; ACCA/CPA/CFA an advantage.
• 3–5 years FP&A, budgeting, forecasting and modelling experience.
• Experience with cost analysis, performance management and business partnering.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage group budgeting framework across units.
• Lead annual budgeting and forecasting cycles and align with objectives.
• Build revenue and cost forecasts using key drivers (volume, growth, ROI).
• Design cost allocation methods for P&L transparency.
• Prepare monthly management reports and Budget packs for senior leaders.
