Job summary

Agoda is seeking a Senior Consultant, People Development & Performance to join our Bangkok team. You will support talent development, performance management, and organizational capability, collaborating with HRBPs and leaders to align talent priorities with business needs.

You will contribute to performance reviews, succession planning, career development, and the design of practical talent tools, while ensuring accountable and evidence-based decisions across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in strategic or management consulting and/or talent management, organizational performance, or people operations in a multinational
• Undergraduate degree from a top university expected; advanced degrees welcome
• Strong project management experience with ability to plan, prioritize, track progress, and deliver on time
• Acute business acumen and understanding of how org. structures relate to execution
• Experience facilitating discussions and presenting insights to stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Partner with HRBPs, leaders, and colleagues to understand business needs and support talent priorities, including critical capabilities and performance.
• Coordinate ongoing performance management processes with HRBPs and managers, monitor progress, and ensure consistency.
• Use data to identify talent patterns, risks, and opportunities, and develop practical insights for stakeholders.
• Analyze talent priorities and develop development plans for key roles and succession considerations.
• Support design and delivery of talent practices and tools, translating broad requirements into practical processes.
• Facilitate talent and performance discussions with stakeholders, providing data-backed guidance.
• Develop practical tools and ways of working to standardize talent processes and reduce complexity.
