Job summary

Jora Malaysia seeks a Procurement Manager to lead sourcing for PCB manufacturing, ensuring timely and cost-effective supply of materials, chemicals, and equipment. You will collaborate with Engineering, Production, Quality, and Finance to maintain continuous production.

You will develop supplier strategies, manage performance (QCD), negotiate terms, and drive cost reduction and risk management across global supplier networks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• 5–8 years of procurement/sourcing experience, with PCB manufacturing preferred.
• Strong negotiation, supplier development, and contract management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategies for PCB manufacturing requirements.
• Lead procurement activities for PCB materials, chemicals, copper, and services.
• Source and evaluate local and international suppliers, especially PCB materials and chemicals.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, MOQs, lead times, and supply agreements.
• Manage supplier performance (QCD) and conduct supplier qualification and reviews.
• Coordinate planning based on forecasts, MRP, and inventory targets; mitigate shortages.
