PAYDIBS SDN BHD is seeking an experienced Lead Business Analyst to head the BA team for ongoing delivery and technical debt initiatives within a fintech payments context. You will shape product roadmaps with the Head of Product, run discovery workshops, and ensure robust requirements, data mappings and acceptance criteria across cross-functional squads.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Finance or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant Business Analysis experience, preferably within fintech, payment gateways, banking or financial services.
• At least 2 years of experience in a senior or lead capacity, with proven ability to mentor and guide Business Analysts.
• Strong experience in end-to-end business requirements gathering, analysis, documentation and solution delivery.
• Hands-on experience working with cross-functional teams, including Product, Technology, Operations, Finance, Risk and Compliance.
• Experience working in Agile and Waterfall development environments.

Responsabilités

• Lead the Business Analysis team across delivery and technical debt initiatives; allocate work, coach analysts and review requirements quality.
• Collaborate with Head of Product to shape payment product roadmaps and priorities based on merchant needs and constraints.
• Run discovery workshops with merchants and internal teams to define problems, scope, success measures, and improvements.
• Produce and maintain business and functional specs, user stories, data mappings and acceptance criteria with traceability.
• Define payment lifecycle requirements including onboarding, acceptance, pre-authorisation, capture, refunds, disputes and mandates as applicable.
• Specify settlement, payouts, reconciliation and reporting requirements with Finance and Operations.
