Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, banking, or economics is required.
• Professional qualifications (CFA, ACCA, MBA) are an advantage.
• Minimum 6–8 years of corporate banking or banking operations experience.
• At least 2 years in a supervisory or team lead role.
• Experience with corporate banking products, credit processes, or performance management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational frameworks, policies, and procedures for Group Corporate Banking to ensure consistency and compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements.
• Support the formulation, execution, and tracking of corporate banking strategic plans and business initiatives.
• Assist in budget planning, cost tracking, and expense optimization initiatives for Group Corporate Banking.
• Coordinate between Relationship Managers, Product, Credit, Risk, Operations, and Technology teams on business projects.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of business operations.
