Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking a Client Executive to drive the global Oil & Gas relationship, engaging senior business and technology leadership to identify high-value transformation opportunities. You will lead strategic advisory and cross-functional collaboration across consulting, data & AI, cloud, applications, and security to move opportunities from discussions to outcomes.

This role focuses on building multi-year demand, shaping agendas, and positioning NTT DATA as a strategic transformation partner

Qualifications

• Significant experience managing major oil & gas or energy accounts.
• Strong network within the oil & gas industry.
• Experience selling large, complex IT services and transformation programs.
• Experience selling consulting or advisory-led engagements.
• Strong understanding of Data & AI and emerging AI technologies.
• Good understanding of enterprise Cloud transformation.
• Experience navigating complex, multi-country organizations.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to orchestrate global solution, consulting and delivery teams.
• Strong commercial and negotiation capabilities.
• Track record of building significant pipeline and converting strategic opportunities into major deals.

Responsibilities

• Own the Oil & Gas Group relationship globally and establish access to C-level executives.
• Identify business and technology challenges and develop transformation propositions.
• Facilitate executive workshops and shape early-stage transformation programs.
• Develop cloud, data, and AI transformation opportunities and cloud modernization.
• Coordinate cross-country engagement and maintain an integrated global account strategy.
• Orchestrate cross-functional teams across Consulting, Data & AI, Cloud, Applications, Cybersecurity, and Delivery.
• Build a multi-year account growth plan with revenue and pipeline targets.
