Qualifications

• Significant enterprise technology sales experience with banking/financial services accounts.
• Strong executive presence and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven track record selling large, complex IT services and transformation programs.
• Experience with advisory-led engagements and new logo acquisition.
• Solid understanding of Data & AI, cloud and modernization initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Own the Banking Group relationship across the global footprint, engaging senior executives.
• Create strategic demand by shaping opportunities before formal RFPs.
• Drive Data & AI opportunities leveraging global capabilities.
• Develop cloud and modernization opportunities including multi-cloud and DevSecOps.
• Lead advisory-led engagements in technology, cloud, AI, and digital banking transformations.
• Orchestrate cross-functional NTT DATA capabilities to deliver integrated solutions.
• Build and execute a 3–5 year account growth plan with clear revenue targets.
