Job summary

KPJ Rawang Specialist Hospital is seeking an experienced Nursing Leader to provide strategic direction and oversee nursing operations to ensure safe, high-quality patient care and ongoing staff development across the facility.

The role involves coordinating with services, monitoring incidents, leading quality initiatives, and actively participating in management meetings to enhance service delivery and patient satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with valid Annual Practicing Certificate in Malaysia.
• Bachelor of Nursing; post basic in nursing recognized by Nursing Board of Malaysia.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in nursing leadership; master’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and oversee nursing operations to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Organize, direct and coordinate with other services to ensure smooth workflow and optimal client satisfaction.
• Monitor and report on nursing performance, incidents, and compliance with policies and standards.
• Lead continuous nursing education and staff development to enhance competency.
• Prepare and present nursing data and improvements at hospital management meetings.
