Job summary

KPJ Healthcare Berhad is seeking a seasoned Nursing Manager to lead and develop the nursing services across our facilities. The role focuses on ensuring safe, effective, and compassionate patient care while coordinating with Medical, allied health, and support services to optimize workflow.

The successful candidate will conduct routine ward rounds, monitor clinical indicators, and present nursing performance data to senior leadership, driving continuous improvement and staff development.

Responsibilities

• Manage and guide the nursing team to ensure high standard of care.
• Organize and coordinate with other services to ensure safe patient care.
• Perform daily ward rounds and monitor patient progress, including critical cases.
• Present data and incidents at hospital clinical committee meetings.
• Coach and motivate staff, address complaints, and ensure SOP compliance.
