Job summary

KPJ Rawang Specialist Hospital is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide professional nursing care within a designated unit. You will follow the hospital’s policies and procedures, participate in shift duties, handovers, and maintain accurate nursing documentation to support an optimal patient care plan.

You will assess patient conditions, re-plan care as needed, and liaise with doctors and the care team to ensure timely interventions, safety, and high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Certificate in Nursing.
• Registered with Nursing Board of Malaysia with a valid license to practice as a Registered Nurse.
• Able to write and communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care to patients within an assigned unit.
• Carry out nursing care in line with policies and procedures.
• Perform shifts and handovers, document patient progress and care plans.
• Assess patients, re-plan nursing care based on assessment.
• Coordinate with doctors, consultants and multidisciplinary team to ensure quality care.
