Job summary

SumiSaujana Group Berhad is seeking a Senior Executive, Material & Resources Planner to optimise material requirements and support continuous production. You will develop planning tools, coordinate material supply, and maintain BOM accuracy to minimise disruptions.

Ideal candidates hold a related bachelor’s degree and have at least 3 years of work experience in planning or supply chain roles, with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline as listed.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in related fields preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain updated planning tools for material requirements.
• Schedule and control material supply to meet production needs and stock levels.
• Plan, implement and evaluate processes for material delivery from supplier to production.
• Analyse forecasts, past sales data and trends to predict future needs.
• Ensure BOM integrity and accuracy at all times.
• Monitor inventory levels against targets and manage shortages proactively.
