Responsibilities

• Purchases and manages order fulfillment to support demand and improve inventory turns.
• Oversees order status and shipping data accuracy in company systems.
• Develops supplier relationships and drives on-time deliveries and process improvements.
• Coordinates with warehouse/logistics and carriers to ensure timely receipt and delivery.
• Manages non-conforming inventory, disposition, and aging reduction.
• Communicates order status and problem resolution to sales and customer operations.
• Supports inventory fill rate goals and participates in supplier management projects.
