Job summary

Jabil, a global engineering and manufacturing solutions provider, seeks a Purchasing/Materials Planner to procure components for production or prototype builds and achieve best pricing, lead times, and quality resolution. You will ensure on-time delivery and optimal inventory levels aligned with MPS/MRP.

You will plan supplier engagements, monitor performance, and support cost optimization while adhering to company policies. A Bachelor’s degree and multilingual ability are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Logistics required.
• Strong data analytics and detail orientation.
• Experience with MRP and purchasing planning preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and manage materials supply to meet demand.
• Monitor and execute MRP to ensure timely delivery and inventory control.
• Ensure materials availability for Master Production Schedule (MPS).
• Address ECNs and EOL with appropriate actions.
• Support supplier performance and payment processes.
• Contribute to pricing strategies and supplier negotiations.
