Emerson is seeking a strategic manufacturing leader to steer day‑to‑day operations, ensuring safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets are met. The role emphasizes Lean practices, automation, and data‑driven decisions while developing high‑performing cross‑functional teams in a global context.

The ideal candidate has 10–15 years of progressive manufacturing leadership, a strong track record in NPI, capital projects, and P&L ownership, and a deep commitment to continuous improvement and people

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
10–15 years of manufacturing leadership experience with strong knowledge of world‑class manufacturing practices.
Proven experience leading large manufacturing organizations and developing high‑performing teams.
Strong leadership, planning, analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
Experience managing manufacturing operations in a high‑mix, low‑volume environment.
Demonstrated success driving Lean Manufacturing, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.
Strong knowledge of automation, digitalization, and data analytics to improve efficiency.
Ability to collaborate across cross‑functional and matrix organizations.
Customer‑focused mindset with commitment to Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and People development.

Responsabilités

Lead day-to-day manufacturing operations to achieve targets in safety, quality, delivery, cost, productivity, and inventory.
Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with business objectives and growth plans.
Optimize utilization of manpower, equipment, facilities, inventory, and capital to maximize efficiency.
Drive a high‑performance culture through employee engagement, coaching, and talent development.
Champion Lean Manufacturing, automation, digitalization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Establish and monitor KPIs using data to drive performance and informed decisions.
Lead capacity planning, NPI, capital investment projects, and manufacturing expansion.
Ensure compliance with ESH and regulatory requirements while fostering safety culture.
Own operational financial performance including productivity, cost, inventory, and P&L.
Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to support strategic initiatives and customer satisfaction.
