Job summary

The role requires a degree/diploma in engineering, 2+ years in manufacturing, and a track record of leading teams and improving processes with EHS and ISO awareness.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years in manufacturing or machining.
• Experience leading teams and managing daily production activities.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of EHS, quality systems and manufacturing best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily D-Center manufacturing operations, ensuring safe, efficient execution.
• Coach and develop welders, machinists, and staff to meet objectives.
• Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, and schedules for on-time delivery.
• Monitor KPIs for safety, quality, delivery, productivity and cost.
• Investigate issues and implement corrective actions; support continuous improvement.
• Drive Lean, Kaizen, and 5S to reduce waste and optimize processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business goals.
• Ensure compliance with engineering drawings, specs, and ISO/EHS standards.
• Lead audits, CAPEX projects, and operational excellence initiatives.
