Job summary

ELSA is seeking a Maintenance Planner to coordinate and optimize maintenance activities across the plant. You will review requests, perform field checks, and develop detailed job plans with required manpower, materials, tools, and safety measures.

The role requires close collaboration with MAC, operations, and contractors to schedule preventive, corrective, and shutdown work while ensuring resources are available.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in maintenance planning and scheduling.
• Experience in oil & gas, petrochemical, refinery, or process plants is preferred.
• Ability to develop and review job plans covering manpower, materials, tools, and safety requirements.
• Familiarity with CMMS/SAP PM for work order management and data tracking.
• Knowledge of resource planning, including manpower, tools, and materials.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate maintenance activities to ensure reliable plant operations and minimize downtime.
• Review work requests, conduct field checks, and prepare job plans.
• Prepare job packages detailing manpower, materials, tools, and safety requirements.
• Manage work orders in CMMS/SAP PM and ensure resource availability before work starts.
• Collaborate with MAC, operations, maintenance teams, and contractors to schedule preventive, corrective, and shutdown activities.
• Analyze maintenance data, monitor performance, and drive process improvements for reliability and cost control.
