Adecco Portugal is seeking a qualified M&E Planning Engineer for Malaysia-based projects. You will develop and maintain detailed M&E programmes aligned with milestones and contractual requirements, monitor progress, and provide weekly updates to clients and stakeholders.

You will coordinate with M&E engineers, subcontractors and the project team, perform delay analysis, forecast completion dates, and contribute to mitigation and recovery plans to minimise schedule delays.

Qualificações

• 3–6 years of experience in project planning or controls, preferably within M&E construction.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• Strong coordination and communication with clients and teams.
• Knowledge of critical path and delay analysis is required.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, maintain, and update M&E project programmes, aligned with milestones and contractual requirements.
• Track subcontractor progress, identify slippages and potential impacts on completion.
• Prepare weekly progress reports and programme updates for stakeholders.
• Attend weekly site progress meetings and provide schedule updates and recovery actions.
