Job summary

Hatch Asia in Malaysia is seeking a Logistics & Warehouse Executive to oversee daily warehouse operations and the end-to-end movement of goods. You will coordinate inbound and outbound logistics, inventory, and documentation to ensure accuracy and on-time delivery.

This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Logistics or related field and 3–5 years' experience, strong organizational and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in logistics, warehouse, or supply chain operations.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and monitor inbound and outbound logistics operations.
• Liaise with transporters, freight forwarders, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain storage practices to maximize space and prevent damage.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct reconciliations.
• Oversee daily warehouse operations: receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
• Ensure proper documentation of inventory transactions and cycle counts.
