Job summary

Ipsos in Malaysia seeks an experienced IT leader to implement the global IT strategy locally and drive high-quality service delivery for 700+ staff across Malaysia. You will oversee help desk, desktops, and core infrastructure while partnering with Ipsos Tech Global divisions.

The role requires a strategic thinker with strong communication skills, capable of engaging senior management, clients, and cross-functional teams to deliver value and continuous improvement in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 10–12 years IT experience with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
• Ability to translate technology into business context and partner with senior stakeholders.
• Strong communication and credibility with clients and business teams.

Responsibilities

• Implement the global IT strategy locally within Malaysia.
• Oversee Help Desk and Desktop support; track response/resolution stats.
• Manage IT budgets and annual Malaysia IT budget with finance.
• Coordinate IT and Telco purchasing.
• Lead major IT projects with detailed plans.
• Build credibility of Ipsos IT with clients and internal teams; report monthly.
