Job summary

NTT DATA in Kuala Lumpur seeks an IT Strategy Architect to define and govern enterprise technology strategy for the insurance domain. You will lead cloud modernization, data platforms, and security architecture while ensuring regulatory compliance and business alignment.

You will collaborate with senior leadership, Claims, Underwriting, Actuarial, and Customer Platforms to drive resilient, scalable IT investments and mentor architecture teams.

Qualifications

• Experience defining and governing enterprise technology strategy.
• Deep cloud, data, security and regulatory knowledge for insurance.
• Strong leadership and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain enterprise IT strategy, roadmaps, and architecture blueprints.
• Align IT initiatives with insurance business priorities and regulatory requirements.
• Lead cloud adoption across AWS, OCI, and hybrid environments.
• Establish governance frameworks and ensure data governance and security policies.
• Partner with C-suite and product owners to translate business strategy into technology execution.
• Mentor architects and engineers; drive continuous improvement.
