Job summary

LBS Bina Group Berhad seeks an Investor Relations Manager to lead the company’s engagements with the investment community and key stakeholders. You will shape and execute IR strategies to boost visibility, credibility, and shareholder value.

Responsibilities include managing IR programs, budgeting, building relationships with institutional investors and analysts, and coordinating with external consultants. The role requires a finance background, excellent communication, and travel as needed.

• Willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company's investor relations program with clear objectives and KPIs.
• Manage IR budget and oversee staff, providing leadership as needed.
• Cultivate relationships with institutional investors, analysts and the investment community.
• Serve as the primary contact for investor inquiries and feedback with timely, accurate responses.
• Monitor industry trends and shareholder concerns; advise Management and Board.
• Collaborate with external IR consultants to prepare quarterly financial briefings, decks, and Q&A materials.
• Ensure consistent narrative and data presentation to the investment community.
• Organize investor seminars, conferences and roadshows to showcase strategic initiatives and financial performance.
• Coordinate preparation and distribution of the annual report with internal and external partners.
• Continuously improve IR processes leveraging automation and technology.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by senior management.
