Job summary

Confidential Company in Kuala Lumpur seeks a senior Investor Relations leader to drive all IR activities and act as the primary interface with shareholders, institutional investors, fund managers and equity analysts.

You will oversee AGM-related IR workstreams, develop proactive strategies to enhance transparency and confidence in the Group’s financial performance and strategy, and ensure timely, compliant communications on the corporate website.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Group’s Investor Relations function and be the interface between the Company, shareholders, institutional investors, fund managers, equity analysts and the broader financial community.
• Lead the Investor Relations workstream for the Annual General Meeting, including shareholder communications, presentation materials, Q&A preparation, anticipated questions and Management briefing.
• Develop and execute a proactive Investor Relations strategy that strengthens investor confidence, transparency and understanding of the Group’s financial performance, business strategy and growth prospects.
• Provide Senior Management with timely and actionable insights on investor sentiment, market expectations, shareholding trends, analyst views and competitive developments.
• Oversee the accuracy, timeliness and effectiveness of investor-related content on the Company’s website, including financial results, presentations, shareholding information, disclosures and corporate developments.
• To ensure consistent, accurate and timely communication of the Group’s financial and corporate information in compliance with applicable securities laws, Bursa Malaysia requirements and corporate governance standards.
