Job summary

Tune Protect Group is seeking a motivated Assistant Manager to join the Investor Relations (IR) team in Kuala Lumpur. You will support engagement with investors, analysts, and rating agencies, preparing communications and coordinating key events.

The role links business strategy with investor expectations and requires a finance foundation and strong communication skills. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in finance or IR, familiarity with Bursa Main Market, and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the Insurance or Financial Services sector.
Experience in financial analysis or investor relations is advantageous.
Familiarity with Bursa’s Main Market Listing Requirements.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Strong command of spoken and written English, with excellent communication and writing skills.
Strong interpersonal and analytical skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Assist in preparing the quarterly results materials, including investor presentation slides and Q&A documents.
Support the AGM with the CEO's deck/script and prep responses to shareholder questions.
Organise investor meetings, non-deal roadshows, webinars, and Investor Day events.
Monitor institutional/retail shareholding patterns and track analyst reports for internal reporting.
Collect and summarize feedback from rating agencies for annual reviews.
Maintain and update the IR section of the company website and annual report content.
Process payments to vendors and assist with ad hoc IR tasks as delegated.
