Job summary

Proton is seeking a senior Inventory Governance leader to set group-wide policies, drive KPI-based control, and optimize stock across units. You will partner with Finance, IT, Procurement and Operations to improve accuracy, working capital and data integrity.

The role emphasizes daily stock monitoring, stock valuation, and continuous process enhancements through ERP and automation initiatives. Strong leadership and Excel/SAP expertise are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance or Accounting or equivalent field.
• Minimum 8 years' relevant experience in Finance.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, stock control and optimization.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to accuracy.
• Ability to communicate and work effectively across different functions.
• Proficient in Excel and SAP/ERP systems, including inventory monitoring and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead Strategic Inventory Governance by developing group-wide policies, procedures and control frameworks.
• Oversee inventory control, reporting accuracy, and daily online monitoring of critical stock.
• Drive process optimization, digitalization, ERP enhancements, and real-time visibility improvements.
• Partner with Finance to ensure accurate COGS, stock valuation, provisioning and budgeting input.
• Lead the Inventory Management team and engage stakeholders to address risks, with regular management reporting.
