Job summary

PGH GROUP TRADING SDN. BHD. is seeking a Finance Manager to lead a growing finance function and partner with directors to enable IPO readiness and strategic growth.

The role covers leadership of the finance department, financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow planning, internal controls, ERP transformation, and compliance across tax and statutory requirements; you will drive business insights and KPI dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Finance Leadership: Lead and develop the Finance Department and coach team members
• Financial Reporting: Monthly management accounts, financial statements, budgeting, forecasting
• Internal Control & Governance: Design and implement SOPs, risk management
• Finance Transformation: ERP improvement, digitalisation, dashboards and KPI reporting
• Audit, Tax & Compliance: Lead external/internal audits and statutory compliance
