Job summary

CelcomDigi is seeking a Senior HR Performance Management Specialist to design, implement, and refine its performance management framework in alignment with business needs. You will drive the end-to-end performance cycle, guiding leaders and employees, and partnering across HR and business functions to foster a high-performance culture.

Responsibilities include leading PM policy design, governance, calibration discussions, and continuous improvement of PM systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related discipline.
• 10–13 years HR experience with 3+ years in performance management.
• Experience designing or enhancing PM systems and processes.
• Strong analytical, planning, and discretion.

Responsibilities

• Design, review, and enhance PM policies, frameworks, and processes to align with business needs.
• Lead end-to-end performance cycle management including goal setting and reviews.
• Partner with HRBPs and leaders to ensure alignment, rating consistency, and fairness.
• Oversee PM systems administration and drive automation opportunities.
• Provide coaching on performance management practices and difficult conversations.
