CooperVision Limited is seeking an HR Business Partner to support Malaysia and Singapore. You will partner with leaders to implement people initiatives, manage talent and performance processes, oversee end-to-end recruitment, and coordinate total rewards and HR operations, while fostering an engaged, compliant, and high-performing workforce across APAC. You will lead regional wellbeing initiatives and collaborate with Global HR teams to align with business goals.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years HR generalist or HR business partner experience.
• Experience supporting multiple HR disciplines.
• Strong knowledge of Malaysia/Singapore employment law.
• Excellent English communication skills; other Asian languages beneficial.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement people initiatives for Malaysia and Singapore.
• Participate in leadership forums and business reviews to align people priorities with business objectives.
• Support implementation of HR initiatives aligned with APAC HR priorities.
• Provide guidance on employment matters in collaboration with HR colleagues and external advisors.
• Assist in organisational changes, workforce planning and maintaining job profiles and structures.
• Facilitate talent and performance processes including EDRs and PEP for the region.
• Lead recruitment activities across Singapore and Malaysia and manage offers and onboarding.
• Support rewards processes including annual compensation reviews and benchmarking.
• Oversee HR operations across the employee lifecycle and ensure compliant HR systems and records.
• Drive employee engagement and wellness programs and coordinate regional wellbeing initiatives.
