Job summary

Regatta Suites in Kuching, Sarawak, seeks an HR and Administration professional to lead the full spectrum of people and office operations. You will oversee recruitment, onboarding, payroll, benefits, training, and HR compliance while maintaining accurate employee records.

The role requires a Diploma in HR or Business Admin, at least 3 years’ related experience, strong ethics, and excellent communication in Bahasa Malaysia, English or Mandarin.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Human Resource, Business Administration or equivalent.
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is an advantage.
• Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Well versed with Malaysia Labour Laws and good working knowledge of HR practices.
• Proficient and trustworthy in handling confidential and sensitive matters.
