Job summary

KPJ Healthcare Berhad is seeking a senior leader to design and govern safe, high-quality and scalable care models across the Group ACC network. The role drives clinical governance, patient safety, accreditation, credentialing and consultant affairs, aligning with KPJ Group Clinical & Governance.

The successful candidate will oversee regulatory compliance, update care pathways, and ensure operational readiness across multiple ACC formats while fostering innovation and collaboration with hospital

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a healthcare discipline (Medicine, Nursing, Allied Health) or equivalent.
• Postgraduate or quality/patient-safety certification is advantageous.
• Typically 8+ years in healthcare with governance/quality experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical governance framework across all ACC formats and sites.
• Oversee patient safety, quality assurance, risk management and incident review.
• Drive accreditation readiness, regulatory compliance and consultant affairs.
• Develop standardised care models, pathways and outcome measures.
• Ensure clinical readiness and cross-functional workforce standards across the network.
