Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to identify and develop new business opportunities, expand our customer and distribution network, and drive sustainable revenue growth in local and international markets.

You will lead strategies across sales, marketing, R&D, production and logistics, build a strong pipeline, negotiate with partners, and monitor performance including online and offline channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business/commerce related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in BD, Sales, Digital Commerce, or Key Account Management.
• 2 years of supervisory or managerial experience preferred.
• Experience in aerosols, automotive refinishing, paint, coatings, chemical, manufacturing or consumer products is a plus.
• Experience in e-commerce, distributor development or international market expansion is preferred.
• Strong negotiation, proposal and relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue, profitability and market growth targets.
• Identify and develop new customers, distributors, dealers, corporate accounts and strategic partners.
• Explore new markets, sales channels and partnership opportunities.
• Drive business opportunities through e-commerce marketplaces, websites, social media and digital channels.
• Build a strong pipeline and convert opportunities into profitable business.
• Lead negotiations and prepare commercial plans and proposals.
• Monitor performance, digital sales, customer acquisition and conversion results.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, R&D, Production, Finance, Procurement, Warehouse and Logistics.
