Job summary

The role requires 5+ years in business development or related fields, excellent English and Bahasa Malaysia, strong negotiation and leadership skills, and the ability to lead projects from planning to completion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Management or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in business development, sales, project management, partnership or related role.
• Strong communication, negotiation and coordination skills.
• Good business sense and ability to identify growth opportunities.
• Strong problem-solving and project management skills.
• Able to lead, coach and develop subordinates.
• Result-oriented, proactive and responsible.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Find new business opportunities, explore new markets and channels, and create plans to grow the business.
• Lead and coordinate business development projects from planning to completion, with clear goals and timely delivery.
• Build and maintain partner relationships and ensure partnerships deliver value.
• Develop new platforms and sales channels and improve platform performance.
• Coordinate with departments to ensure smooth execution of activities and provide regular updates.
