Job summary

TDCX, Inc. is seeking an experienced corporate treasury professional to join our Malaysia finance team. You will manage group cash flow forecasting, liquidity planning across 19 countries, and intercompany funding to optimize capital usage.

You will oversee banking relationships, FX/interest rate risk, covenant compliance, and funding requirements for active and dormant entities, while coordinating with local finance teams and Singapore HQ.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of experience in corporate treasury with exposure to insurance/risk management
• Experience in a multi-entity, multi-jurisdiction environment; BPO/tech/services sector exposure a plus
• Degree in Finance/Accounting; treasury or risk certification advantageous
• Strong independent contributor with excellent stakeholder management
• Able to coordinate with Legal/senior management and local units

Responsibilities

• Manage group cash flow forecasting, liquidity planning across 19 countries
• Oversee banking relationships and FX/interest rate risk management
• Monitor covenant compliance, working capital, and funding requirements for active/dormant entities
• Support capital structure decisions and entity-level cash repatriation planning (headquartered in Singapore)
• Devise and implement funding/liquidity health reporting for units and the group
