Job summary

Private Advertiser in Kuala Lumpur seeks an experienced Group Treasury & Insurance Manager to own treasury operations and the group’s insurance programme. You will lead cash flow forecasting, funding, banking relationships and FX risk across 19 countries from our Kuala Lumpur hub.

As an individual contributor, you will drive end-to-end outcomes, coordinate with local teams for data and compliance, and shape the group’s risk and liquidity strategy in a dynamic, multi-entity environment.

Qualifications

• 8-12 years corporate treasury experience with exposure to insurance or risk management.
• Experience in a multi-entity, multi-jurisdiction group; BPO/tech/services experience is a plus.
• Hands-on with currencies, cash repatriation and FX hedging; knowledge of hedge accounting (IFRS 9/MFRS 9).
• Degree in Finance or Accounting; treasury/risk certification is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage group cash flow forecasting, liquidity planning and intercompany funding across 19 countries.
• Oversee banking relationships, account structures, and FX/interest rate risk management.
• Monitor covenant compliance, working capital and funding requirements for active and dormant entities.
• Support capital structure decisions and plan cash repatriation from entities to Singapore HQ.
• Design and maintain reporting on funding and liquidity health of each unit and the group.
• Own the group insurance programme: renewals, broker relationships and total cost of risk (CGL, liability, D&O, cyber, PI).
• Coordinate with local teams to gather exposure data, maintain coverage schedules and compliance.
